Vitor began training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the age of 15 in Alliance Academy in Brazil. He received his black belt in 2002 in Rio de Janeiro under Rodrigo “Comprido” Medeiros and Eduardo Jamelao. Currently a second degree black belt, he is a Black Belt World Cup Champion, Brown Belt World Cup Champion, Second(and Third) Place Purple Belt Mundial, 15 times State Champion, 6 time Brazilian Nationals Champion, and 2nd place Brazilian ADCC Trials NO GI. He began in MMA in 2004, currently holding a record of 11-1. As an instructor in both Jiu Jitsu and MMA he is available for training with amateurs and professionals.
